What types of events should be funded?

Qualifications:

[ ] Have been active in the Discord community for 30+ days
[ ] Have a technical lead as your cohost or be a technical lead yourself . (Technical leads either are building a project in the ecosystem or have passed Stellar Quest games. )
[ ] Regularly attend the weekly meetings </aside>

Proposal

[ ] You must submit a proposal to the president of your chapter
[ ] Proposal needs to include an itemized budget
[ ] Proposal needs to include a detailed agenda
[ ] President will inform you if your event proposal is accepted or not. </aside>

Planning

[ ] Pass Due Diligence through SDF Legal which your president will give you
[ ] Fill out event form
[ ] Post about event on Twitter or other social media
[ ] Get QR code for event so everyone is invited to join the ambassadors and our Discord and Notion
[ ] Confirm on Notion that correct Date, time, and location is posted about event </aside>

During Event:

Remember to do all these things during event

[ ] Use QR code and have everyone follow our Twitter/Discord/Notion
[ ] Collect all emails for the newsletter list
[ ] Take group photos of everyone and 20+ quality pictures of event </aside>

Post-Event

[ ] Post 20+ professional photos, with 2+ group photos from event, and upload here
[ ] Add attendee emails here
[ ] Tweet photos from event
